Food Allergy Symptom Journal
Our contributors Anne F. Russell BSN, RN, AE-C & Michael Pistiner MD, MMSc have written a downloadable food and symptom journal to be shared with your Allergy clinic team to sort out concerns, help in choosing which tests are recommended, help you to organize your concerns as you talk with your healthcare team, and serve as a tool to follow symptom improvements over time. Every home where severe allergies, particularly food allergies, and asthma are present should have Action Plans to help regulate behavior day to day to keep conditions under control and step-by-step instructions in the event of an emergency.
You can find an Asthma Action Plan here.
